Party in the Park

The Party in the Park is THIS SATURDAY, 10/29/22, from 12p - 5p.  It's Halloween weekend and we'll be celebrating!  We're having a costume contest, one for adults and one for kids, with prizes provided by Back Alley Brewing Company and Dormont Community Development Corporation.  The judging will take place between 2p and 3p with the winners being crowned around 3p so make sure you are there in costume for a chance to win!  Gold Mountain Music has an exciting afternoon of music planned and what better way to kick things off than Kevin the Dormont Piper!  That's right, Kevin will be blowing the bagpipes first thing followed by a short set by Hellyinz.  Then the Party really kicks into high gear with Colonel Eagleburger Band at 1:15p.  If you haven't seen these guys yet you are in for a treat.  they are something to behold. David Hipchen Music is up next and Hellyinz will follow with another set to close the show.  Hellyinz has a prize for the first 100 kids to show up and Gold Mountain Music will have candy for any trick or treaters.  Tom's Diner On Wheels will be serving food all day and Back Alley Brewing Company will be pouring the beer.  It's gonna be a great day - see you there!
